Hi there! Thank you so much for your interest in my art. To make sure we’re on the same page, I’ve put together a few terms that cover how my art commissions work. By purchasing or commissioning a piece from me, you’re agreeing to these terms, which help protect both of us and make the process clear and smooth.✦ General Information
I offer a range of creative services, from custom illustrations, character design and fan-arts. As my skills grow, I may introduce new options, such as 2D animation, 3D models and 3D animation. Just a heads up—sometimes I may need to decline a project if it doesn’t align with my style, skills, schedule or if it involves subjects I’m uncomfortable with. I want to give each piece my absolute best, and this helps me maintain that quality.

I retain full rights to the artwork I create, even for custom commissions. This means I may display the work in my portfolio or on social media unless we’ve agreed otherwise. You are welcome to share the final piece online as long as credit is provided (tagging my handle is appreciated), but please don’t claim it as your own, edit it, or use it commercially without permission. Commercial rights may be negotiated for an additional fee, depending on the project.
The art I create for you is intended for PERSONAL USE ONLY. Use of my artwork in any merchandise, for branding, NFTs or AI training datasets or engines is not permitted! My artwork may NOT be used in AI training datasets, fed to AI models, or edited using AI tools in a way that alters authorship.✦ References
Please provide visual references for your request if you can. Full references help ensure I meet your vision and avoid unnecessary mistakes. If you provide only written descriptions, the final result may vary from what you imagine.✦ Pricing and Payment
Prices listed are base rates and may increase depending on the complexity and details requested for the piece. Payments are made via PayPal only. I require deposit before I start your project. Full payment (100%) is required upfront before I begin the sketch. All payments are non-refundable once the sketch is approved. If for any reason I cannot complete your piece, I will issue a full refund.✦ Revisions and Deadlines
I include revisions at no extra cost till flat-colour phaze, so you’re sure to get a piece you love, any revisions after will include a payment fee. Revisions refer to small adjustments (colors, details, minor pose tweaks). Major changes such as redoing the entire composition, pose, or design are not included and may incur additional fees. Please allow up to two months for your commission to be completed. I strive to deliver as quickly as possible without compromising on quality, but art takes time, and I appreciate your patience. If you need the artwork by a certain date, let me know in advance since I might not have time to finish yours on time. Deadlines can only be guaranteed if discussed ahead of time. Rush fees may apply depending on the urgency.✦ Process and Updates
When I begin, I’ll send progress images - typically the sketch and flat colors. You’re welcome to approve or suggest minor changes in such stage. Once the sketch is approved and I proceed, refunds are no longer available unless I cancel the commission. If you haven’t received an update in a while, you’re welcome to reach out.
Once the piece is complete, I’ll send one final review for your approval, where you may request a few minor changes at no additional charge. If further edits are needed, they will incur a small fee payable before revisions continue.If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 60 days (around 2 month mark), the commission will be considered abandoned and marked as completed with no refund.Final artwork will be sent as high-resolution .png file to your prefered email or by a drive link (you can easily download your artwork there).✦ Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your commission, please try to do so before I start working. I offer a complete refund if cancellation occurs before the sketch phase, but once work is underway, refunds aren’t available due to the time already dedicated. However, if I’m unable to complete your commission, I’ll issue a partial refund based on the progress made.
Partial refunds are calculated based on how much of the artwork has been completed. For example, if I have completed the sketch and base colors, the refund will reflect the time spent.Please be respectful and kind during the process. Aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of the commission. In such cases, I will refund 50% of the total payment and retain the remainder for the time already invested.✦ Confidentiality and Privacy
Any personal details or reference images you provide will be kept confidential and used solely to complete your commission. If you’d like me to keep the artwork private, please let me know. I’m happy to respect those wishes. I do not store your data beyond what is necessary to complete the commission.As my services evolve, I may update these terms. If any major changes occur, I’ll notify current clients. For the most up-to-date terms, feel free to check here periodically. The version of the ToS active at the time of payment applies to your commission.
